I wouldn't count on it. Hit a 49 and a 40+ today and has been steady enough since we brought a Kicker on the Practice Squad, that they cut him.

 

The problem with cutting him is beyond the money - there's no one out there that's better than him. The stats of available Kicker's are worse than Bass'. And they weren't Kicking in Buffalo.

 

Cutting him now would just be cutting him for the sake of cutting him and good chance whomever replaced him would be worse.
