I know that it is effective ofer a full game but you also just know they will never make a safety stuff because they refuse to blitz in those situations. 

McDermott got absolutely traumatized by that long Tyreek TD at the end of the 13 seconds game with about 1:40 left. Ever since that happened, his first objective has been to avoid giving up huge plays.
