Agreed. I honestly think it might be better to lose to them in regular season so we can finally beat them in PO.

Especially if they keep winning and come here 9-0 so they are likely #1 seed anyway I say let them win.

seriously.  let them win, common man

I...got a feeling...that Buffalo is going to the...

Bills vs. Lions

Somebody’s gotta win it, for the first time…

Storyline wise, I think this would be such an epic game, with so much on the line for both cursed franchises…👍

Some can bend stats to their opinions, but one very basic one is simply go team stats and search for pts.

Well, consider this point.  We are looking overall mid to upper middle in yards overall, pass yards, rush yards, etc.

I care about ots.  Through 8 games so half the season ostensibly or will be by halftime this Sunday.

Offense

Bills 5th of 32 teams

Defense

Bills overall 6th of 32 teams with the last pts. Scored against.

Pts. Doesn’t lie.  I have a feeling after Miami and Indy, those rankings will climb.

I agree completely with this. When I want to know how the team is doing, I look at yards per game offense, yards per game defense, points per game offense, and points per game defense. Yards per game tells me how well the bills are controlling the game and points per game tells me how well the bill should be doing in the win and lost columns.

I like where we are in all of those categories, and I think the Bills will stay there and perhaps improve.

Every upcoming opponent opponent has the Bills game marked on their calendar. The Bills are always a test.

How many points do we need to beat Miami by to take that number over 40?

I believe we have 115 points in 3 home games. That means we need 45 tomorrow to get to 40 average.

The 6 OL produces nice blocking, then add Coleman's blocks to that. I like it.

Mack Hollins has also been significant in blocking.

I have a feeling about this "down" year.

I know. I have to keep fighting that off. Too early, but it does feel good.

Giving recent history Bills beating KC in the regular season means the opposite.

I get you're maybe joking.

But it doesn't mean that. By that measure, having Josh Allen as our QB means we'll lose, since Josh was the QB every year we didn't make the Super Bowl.

What beating the Chiefs in the regular season would mean is that we have a slightly improved chance to beat them in the playoffs as the seeding chances would improve a bit.

I prefer to beat the Chiefs in the regular season, so we can go in there in the playoffs confident. But there will be an element of neither team wanting to show the hand in the regular season game.

I was half joking. As the last few playoffs have proven…seeding is overrated. Bills played them in KC and lost. KC and Cincy played at OP and we still lost. KC went on the road as the #3 seed and won it all last year. Why was that possible? They got hot at the end of the season.

My point was regular season wins means very little against KC. Just win the division, which is locked at this point. Continue to improve and stay healthy for the playoffs. #3 seed is the worst we’d be and that’s fine. If the Bills win in a couple of weeks it’d be nice but ultimately won’t change anything. Likewise if it’s a loss.

I think this is influence from OL Coach Aaron Kromer and him getting the players he wants.

The issue with Ravens is primary LBs were out and the Bills are built small and need some mass in it able to withstand heavy run game.

Believe it or not , I'd rather play the Ravens in the playoffs. Unlike last game we'd have Milano, Oliver, Bernard, and Johnson back. Plus the addition of Cooper on offense I feel would yield a different result, especially in B-lo if we get the better seed. I don't see Baltimore getting the same preferential treatment KC gets from the refs, plus Lamar's tendency to not show up in the playoffs is a big plus for me.

Of course it's JMHO....

Also the Ravens have been leaning on Henry heavily. We’ll see if a long season has an effect on that plate and screw in his ankle. Plus Lamar is reportedly having back and knee issues which may linger.

There's no question that playing the Ravens again, this time with Bernard, Taron, and Amari and maybe Milano, would yield different results.

Even without them, the game swung on a dropped 3rd down pass to Kincaid, the disastrous trick play call, and the missed field goal by Bass.

I really hope the Bills have the opportunity to play the Ravens again.
