corta765 Posted November 1 Posted November 1 (edited) Bills 27 Aquatic Mammals 22 I understand the spot Miami is in but realistically they have been playing for their season for weeks and it still hasn't mattered. The last 9 games with Tua as QB the offense is averaging less then 20 ppg, they are not the high end unit that people believe although they can be good at times. Regardless I think Miami starts out early with a 7-0 thanks to Hill breaking loose on a 40 yard TD but the Bills enter half time up 14-13 thanks to Allen hitting Cooper deep on TD and Cook taking a screen in. Out of half Buffalo gets the ball and gets a FG thanks to a Brown holding call that negates a TD. Miami gets a FG to answer as the d line hold as they get to the Bills 22 and a Von sack ends their TD hopes to make it 17-16 right before the 4th quarter. Buffalo goes on a nice 7 min drive with Knox scoring a TD from a 2 yard out route to put the Bills up 27-16 with 9 mins to go. Tua gets sack fumbled and the Bills tack on a FG, but Miami does get a TD on their next drive to tighten the gap with 2:30 left but fail to get the two points conversion. Buffalo gets the ball back and Miami is unable to stop them running out the clock. Allen 301 yds 26-33 3 TDs 20 yards rush Cook 51 yards 8 atts Cooper 121 yards 5 rec 1 TD Edited November 1 by corta765 1 Quote

JohnNord Posted November 1 Posted November 1 I get that Miami is fighting to keep their season alive but there’s no reason the Bills should lose this game. As we saw last time these teams met, the Bills are the more physical team on both sides of the ball. I get that Miami’s offense will be better with Tua at the helm but Buffalo should have Taron and Bernard and Taylor Rapp has played much better over the past few weeks. On offense there is no excuse not to score points. Miami’s defense will be missing: Bradley Chubb Jaylen Phillips Zach Sieler Javon Holland Kader Kohou Keep in mind the Miami defense struggled when healthy in week 2. Now they’ll fill 4 of those spots with backup level players. If Buffalo can’t win the games they should come away with, I think it’s a red flag for their championship prospects. 1 Quote

Gilberto Posted November 1 Posted November 1 BUF 38 MIA 17 I really cannot find a reason to give MIA much of a chance in this one... 1 Quote
Mister Defense Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Bills 44, and the squished, squished 17 Lotsa running, with all of the backs getting in on the action, with both Davis and Cook getting 100 on the ground--and more in the air. But the Bills also having some fun in the air, with some big numbers there too. Keep getting Knox involved, as he fits in so well with the physical nature of the Bills. 1 Quote

Virgil Posted November 2 Posted November 2 I have a bad feeling about this game, as everyone seems to be overlooking it, including the media. The Bills are 0-3 in their last games played on Daylight Savings time and Tua is 4-0-01 when the spread against him is 6 or more points. Dolphins 28 Bills 20 This game has become the Superbowl to the Dolphins, but get the wind knocked out of them easily. If the Bills allow them to hang around and gain any confidence, it could be a close one at the end. Bernard playing is huge, but the Dolphins are going to come out strong. 1 2 Quote
Uncle Monkeyhead Posted November 2 Posted November 2 I keep thinking we will steamroll these chumps. Everything in the universe says we should. But then that little knot in my stomach starts to develop. Dolphins will be playing for their season and use the Jets win as motivation. Desperate, backs against the wall. McDaniels comes up with a ton of weird screen concepts and quick slants to keep the pass rush off fragile Tua. And of course they will run the wheels off their backs. Bills might take them a little too lightly. Dolphins 27 Bills 24 There.... I said it and I hate me for it. And you should too Just now, Virgil said: I have a bad feeling about this game, as everyone seems to be overlooking it, including the media.
