DrPJax Posted October 31 Posted October 31 It’s sad anytime to lose a friend , fellow Bills fan , or any family member of the posters on here. Never met him but been on here a long time and enjoyed his posts. Great summary SDS, thankyou for Reminding us about his life and family. God bless him , keep him , and bless his family. It’s so painful losing a parent anytime in life. It sure sounds like he led a really joyful life and was a loving parent , which is the best life anyone can ever hope for. He’ll be missed. 1 1 Quote

BillsfaninSB Posted October 31 Posted October 31 2 hours ago, UConn James said: I saved this a couple of days ago and darned if it isn’t absolutely applicable to this place and its forerunners (I’ve been on since the early days when it was linked with the Rochester D&C, iirc). RIP John. And take care, everyone who makes this community what it is. Very sorry to hear the news. Enjoyed his posts very much. I use to own Yamaha sport bikes back in the 2000’s and 2010’s. Joined a prominent message board. It was quite often guys would stop posting all of a sudden. After a month or two I found out what happened and it was never good. This reminds of that feeling. 1 Quote
LeGOATski Posted October 31 Posted October 31 RIP. My heart goes out to his family and friends. Quote
BuffaloButt Posted October 31 Posted October 31 I'm from CA, 40 mins away from Riverside & Hemet, where Jon lived. I've been a die hard Bills fan since 1985 growing up with a household of Steelers fans! I've always loved the Bills through the good and bad years! I've passed my love of the team onto my kids who now watch their games each week and always root for our beloved Bills. I've been to one game in Buffalo but unfortunately it was before Josh Allen and the Bills got smoked vs the Saints. Looking forward to seeing them play in Buffalo with my kids next season, as we're going to the Bills/Rams game this year. Lastly, life is short, don't keep putting off doing the things you want now. If you haven't been to a home Bills game and want to, plan it and go for it now! You never know what tomorrow will bring, or if there will be a tomorrow! Love this team and community! Wishing for at least 1 Superbowl W in my lifetime for all of us! GO BILLS!!! 2 1 4 Quote

Bill from NYC Posted October 31 Posted October 31 He was a great guy and this is very sad news. RIP John and keep on rooting from the sky. Quote
aristocrat Posted October 31 Posted October 31 It's too bad he didn't get to see a super bowl before he passed. I hope he's watching down when we do get one. May the road rise to meet you, May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, The rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of his hand. 2 2 Quote
