The bills have been chasing a big-bodied redzone target for as long as I can remember. It seems they finally have one, and I don't see them having regrets about that. Sure, he may have Lee Smith speed, but he seems like he'll be a good one to have when other receivers can't get open. Reminds me of Dez Bryant. Hopefully he stays healthier.

Damn, that was good and spontaneous. Right over my big head.

Lesson learned, again. Look before leaping.

Sorry, can't talk right now.

Still mad at you for questioning the unsurpassed value and quality of Harbor Freight. :censored:

In regards to the below thread @Roundybout started relating to Bills WR lack of separation.  I think an easy test of whether that actually matters or not could be decided if at this point in time, if people would rather have Xavier Worthy who is undeniably a better separator than Coleman.   According to next gen stats Worthy's avg separation is 3.6 to Keon's 2.2.   I suspect most people after half a season of play to evaluate would rather keep Coleman over Worthy but let's let the votes speak for themselves.

Edit your poll settings to allow us to see who voted for what so we can publicly shame the 2 that voted yes 😂

No, but in the weeks leading up to the draft,  Ladd McConkey was my highest rated WR outside the top 3 and I would've taken him over either Coleman or Worthy.  At the time,  I thought the Bills were so weak at WR that position within that group mattered significantly less than just finding someone who could play,  with the lack of speed and separation being another important factor.

As it stands,  I don't necessarily feel bad about that at all.  McConkey is having an excellent rookie year.  Would I make an even trade of Coleman for McConkey today?  Probably not,  as Coleman has been playing well in his own right.

Keon >> Ladd in contested jump balls, even with cross linked arms with CBs, match point Keon!

Coleman is definitely better in that situation,  yes.

McConkey was a guy I thought had a more well rounded overall skillset and would fit well at either the slot or flanker positions.  He had enough speed to be a respectable deep threat and was exceedingly quick through his routes and able to generate consistent separation underneath.   In the end,  I thought he was a much lower risk prospect than Coleman with a likely floor as a high end #2,  but as I said,  Coleman is playing well and I probably wouldn't trade him for McConkey at this stage.
