MENU -- Dolphins @ Bills Sunday November 3rd -- MIAMI DOLPHINS -- What's on Your Plate?

Once again PETA's lobbying strength prevents me from slaughtering an actual mammal dolphin -- perhaps just a baby -- up here in Canada.

Dolphin aka Dorado is an uninteresting fish -- like the Miami Dolphins -- however I can source that when I am in Anguilla, St. Lucia and the other Caribbean Islands however NOT up here.

So fresh tuna steaks?

I can go Cuban since tragically I had to postpone my annual trip to Havana due to Power Black Outs.

Thoughts?

Buffalo shrimp, grilled tuna, celery & blue cheese, and Labatt's Blue.  Either that, or McNuggets with ranch.

Having friends who love to eat over to watch the game

Man Miami has some great Peruvian and Cuban food, so I was thinking:

Tu(n)a ceviche with tortilla chips

Fried garlic shrimp Cuban style on sub rolls with garlic mayo

Beans and rice with beef stew (ropa vieja)

Lotta cold beer with lime and ice Mexican style (chelada)

I feel the same way about Mahi Mahi.  This recipe seems elaborate and stupid, but I think I can work with it. https://thecastawaykitchen.com/mini-mahi-burgers/
I am sure the Mahi Mahi they sell at Walmart and Target here in Wisconsin would be super fresh and tasty. The end result is a miniburger, what could go wrong?

It worked for the first meeting so we'll do repeats ...

Dolfin  ... Grilled then covered with a home made mango salsa and a nice bottle of Riesling.

(Mango, Red Bell Pepper, Red Onion, Jalepeno, Fresh squeezed Lime Juice, Fresh Mint)

Dolfin = Mahi Mahi

Pinto Ken should have the  fish available to squish with the bowling ball in Hammer's lot Sunday.

Tailgating on Abbott starts with breakfast sandwiches at like 830/9, then bacon wrapped stuffed jalepenos, steak sandwiches, and shrimp on the grill.

That sounds B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L-L!!!

The breakfast sandwich thing on the grill is a game changer. And nobody wants wing dip at 9am LOL.
