Yup. And if they don't it tells you a LOT about how the league feels about the guy.

I actually doubt anyone will sign this guy.

Desperate times.  Dell is gone for the next year+.

You must be young... just start watching Football this year did ya?

Headcase... probably.

Good WR... definitely

"Really good" WRs aren't on 4 teams in a 12 month span.

Not being a jackass is a skill set. It's also one that you and he both lack so it doesn't shock me that you wouldn't recognize it's importance.

Both OBJ and Johnson aren’t going to be difference makers.

Consider the fact that both Miami and Baltimore released them, knowing damn well that they can sign with their competitors.

They clearly don’t think either WR will offer anything of significance or they wouldn’t have released them.

The risk and determinant wasn't worth the payoff. The juice not worth the squeeze. Houston gonna be tugging on pistachios to get beg for a drop of lemonade.

Maybe Pittsburgh will want another bite of the apple.  (did I do it right?)

Good WR-  maybe

Reallly good WR, like you had previously stated- no

Perfect fit for KC though.  I expect him to land there or Houston

Happy about that?

Have you watched him play this year? He's not good. No effort,  drops passes,  runs wrong routes and doesn't study playback.

He's the kind of guy that can ruin the chemistry of a team.

Funny...

Many would have said the same about Amari Cooper before we signed him...

receipts exist in this forum...

Who are the 5 guys who said yes?  The guy just quit on his team.

It's the Ravens...

I applaud him for it

Losing Stefon Diggs and Tank Dell for the year is really rough. But they aren't desperate. They just go from having an embarrassment of riches to at worst, an average WR core.

They still have their #1 in Nico Collins. They also still have Robert Woods and John Metchie III. They like Xavier Hutchinson, a 6th Round Pick from last year and are expected to ramp up his usage.

And in conjunction with Joe Mixon at RB and Dalton Schultz at TE - that Offense is still in pretty decent shape. It's not the jaw dropping, "holy crap!" Offense on paper they started the year with. But desperate? No. And they'll worry about next year this coming offseason.

When it comes to an OBJ or a Johnson off the street with what they've shown on field (and in the locker room in Johnson's case) or elevating someone from their Practice Squad who's been with the team for at least a year and knows the offense - I imagine they'll just promote someone.

Yeah, I'm feeling the same way.

We'll know by 4 pm tomorrow.

I stand corrected.

My next prediction (consider the track record) is that Johnson will not make any significant contributions to the Texans this season.

Thanks for that. I'll bookmark this for when he catches a last second Hail Mary for them against the Bills in the divisional round...

That won't be necessary.

I'm seldom right.
