MiracleAtRich1393 Posted October 28 Posted October 28 He's 33 years old on an expiring contract, with a cap hit in the range of Cooper. If they lose on Sunday @Cleveland, might the new regime be open to make a deal for the future? AJ Epenesa, Javon Solomon, 2025 Diggs Pick (~#60), and a 2026 1st round for 2nd round pick swap? Is that way too much? Way too little? Not even in the zip code of acceptable for either side? https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/14414/khalil-mack 11 1 1 1 6 4 1 15 Quote
K-9 Posted October 28 Posted October 28 Way too much, especially for a 33 year old who would be a rental with no guarantee of re-signing. 5 10 2 Quote
Gambit Posted October 28 Posted October 28 He's past his prime and there is zero reason to trade Solomon. He has so much potential. 8 8 2 Quote
RunTheBall Posted October 28 Posted October 28 I didn’t realize he was still in the league to be honest, so that’s a NO from me Dog 4 6 5 Quote

Mr. WEO Posted October 28 Posted October 28 His career is expiring. why make the same Von Miller error? 6 Quote
947 Posted October 28 Posted October 28 Yeah, that's way too much. If he's traded, it'd probably be for a 3rd. Quote
Process Posted October 28 Posted October 28 Maybe the most insane trade idea I've seen on here and that's saying something 2 players a 2nd round pick plus a swap for a 33 yo rental Not to mention that even if the chargers lose they will be 4-4 and probably a favorite to make the playoffs 4 1 2 1 2 Quote

Sojourner Posted October 28 Posted October 28 They won’t. Looks like they need him to be Joey and Khalil. (non edited image btw) 1 5 1 Quote

I wouldn’t offer them anything at this point. 1.5 sacks in seven games this season indicates a big decline. Heck, Von had three in the four games he’s played so far and he’s returning. I don’t think we need him. 2 3 Quote
NewEra Posted October 28 Posted October 28 The haul you proposed is ridiculously high for 9 games. I’d trade a 4th. Maybe a 3rd in 26. He’s playing pretty good again this season. Those that act like he’s washed up and done don’t know what they are talking about. He’s not the player he was but he’d be a nice addition. We’d have 5 good DE’s (GR, von, Aj, smoot and Mack). Start him opposite Rousseau. I think Aj and Von would be an amazing with limited snaps. Smoot out play in run downs and move inside to DT on passing down. 3 Quote

Allen2D̶i̶g̶g̶s̶TBD Posted October 28 Posted October 28 I would rather just give Javon Solomon more pass rush reps alongside Von Miller. 3 5 Quote
