Seriously the guy blows hot and cold but when on he can get sacks in bunches. Unbelievable trade for KC considering what they gave up and their need for someone to rush the passer. Why would trading for him be in spite of us? Were we trying to land him? 2 hours ago, TFBillsfan said: The Bills will have the majority of NFL fans rooting for them to beat KC. Otherwise, looking at their schedule, I’m not sure anyone else beats them in the regular season. I don’t see Pitt having the fire power to keep up with them. Other than their loss to us, I think Denver will take them out week 18 in Denver. Pittsburgh also has a solid chance. Might be the 2 best defenses in the league to end the season. It was not meant to be taken seriously, not even as speculation. The idea was that NE would send KC what they need (and for virtually no return) to better KC's chances against us, "us" being a division rival. I should say though I am surprised they would just give away somebody who can rush the passer. Sure he was probably unhappy not getting many opportunities to show his stuff on the Pats in a year where he needs to impress but for nothing?

It's not like they're worried about KC beating them in the Playoffs. Also isn't KC's front office built on the NE model by Scott Pioli et al? Coaching trees are a thing, but so are front office trees.
Boatdrinks
Apparently the Bills weren’t interested? No reason to take KC’s 66th rounder. Didn’t want to trade in the division maybe ? Seems like a cheap way to add a player at a need position.
Warcodered Posted yesterday at 12:08 AM Share Posted yesterday at 12:08 AM Oh thank god their defense was their clear weakness.

We have like 3 of those, and yes I'm including Von in that mix. The one position I want Beane to add is a big DT. 1

Utah John
The Chiefs are going all-in to try for the unprecedented threepeat. Right now I think any team in the NFCN except probably the Bears could beat them, but in the AFC at least UFN the Chiefs are the team to beat. The Chiefs are giving up quite a few future draft picks to get players who won't help much going forward, or even be on the team at all. They'll pay for that over the next two years, while the Bills continue to reach another peak. Sometime between 2024, 2025, and 2026, it's all going to come together for the Bills. (Hey, maybe all three years, right? Maybe it's the Bills who get the threepeat.)
