So with all of the dolphins injuries, what does their 11 on D look like?

Calais Campbell (DE)

Benito Jones (DT)

Da’Shawn Hand (DT)

Chop Robinson/Emmanuel Ogbah (DE)

Jordyn Brooks (LB)

David Long (LB)

Cam Smith (NCB)

Kendall Fuller (CB)

Jalen Ramsey (CB)

Jordan Poyer (SS)

Marcus Maye (FS)

The guys in bold would not be starting if the Dolphins had their normal 11 healthy.

That's a BAD defense.

You have a rookie with Chop - that's the only capable d-lineman

Long was ABUSED in week 2

Ramsey and Fuller are decent, but safeties are bad.

If we dont put up 30+ on this defense I'll be SHOCKED

Can someone tell me how we are going to win without Reggie Gilliam?

Buffalo Joe's time to shine on special teams, can see it now.

Can someone interpret this for me?  I'm too old to understand the younger generation's lingo.

The "it's straight" part I believe means "it's good"...but not certain since he said "that's tough" first. So, no, I can't help!

Sounds like "well that sucks, it's good". Makes no sense though.

Thanks for posting.  Weaver was a pleasure to listen to, despite the loaf of bread comment.  He's postive, animated, intelligent.  Had a lot of nice things to say about Bills players that seemed very genuine.

Yes, thanks to the OP for posting this video of Miami’s coaches. Very informative.

I have for a while thought we’d be much better off transitioning Knox to a FB/H back role. I think he could be a lethal weapon there and certainly is athletic enough to play FB….Maybe we can use the absence of Gilliam to stumble upon this theory

Intriguing idea!   Maybe he will get some looks there

Top FB pay is Niner's Juszczyk $4.5 million/year. There are probably 15+ TEs making over $10 million/year. There is no way Knox is going to a FB HB role. There are plenty of teams willing to give him 10 million to play TE in NFL.

Knox is an afterthought in this offense other than a handful of targets the last few games.   He should be more.  Quality Red Zone target

If he can do double duty lining up as a FB/HB & TE, absolutely explore it

I hope Cooper plays and his wrist is OK.   Was really looking forward to his matchup against Miami's secondary.  Believe he could go off

I miss Kohou already.

He's a guaranteed completion for Allen and Josh knows it.

Exactly the dude gets torched every time we play. And Jevon Holland is a vastly overrated player at safety.

Seiler is a significant loss for them, however.

IMO he's good.  Always causes havoc

Maybe he was making a joke about the question being tough?  "It's straight" means he is saying he is fine...but Cook said he was going to play against the Jets and was held out so I wouldn't put much stock in that.

He's not an afterthought only if your thinking about him as a pass catching TE which I realize everyone wants him to be involved there. He is the blocking TE now essentially which allows Kincaid to be flexed out more and be the pass catcher he was drafted and intended to be.

And when teams dismiss them like happened with Lee Smith.  Eleven TDs catching 83% of catches and he was never asked to play TD.

I've read novels shorter than this list, though only Gilliam is a definate out.

The IR list should be part of the Injury Report to give the reader a better overall understanding of who'll be missing.  Fortunatley, I think we only have one guy on IR though - unfortunately - it's Milano.

I'm hoping Von, after an additional four weeks to recuperate, shows up better than ever.
