Probably just a precaution. Bills offense will be fine regardless.

They traded a third round pick for him to play less than a full season here.

Now personally I think they will be fine regardless but the team does not and this board certainly does not. Two weeks ago he was the savior of the franchise now if he doesn't play they will be fine regardless.

that is a lot of shifting in two weeks.

Regarding Cooper, wrist could be a multitude of things.  Nothing reason to panic yet.  Will be a positive to see him practicing tomorrow though.

EDIT: Joe Buscaglia reporting Cooper was on practice field going thru all the WR drills today.

yes i dont think we need him this week, just wondering what happened and how severe

agree

imo he is the second most important player on the team

the recent uptick in the passing game has a tremendous amount to do with Cooper being on the field.  It's taken attention off of keon and shakir.  Will be interesting to see how the passing game looks if Cooper can't go Sunday...

Agree.  Also McDermott calling it 'day to day' instead of the dreaded week to week is reassuring

The team does not? Look, I think they will be fine for this game with or without Cooper. Going forward and certainly in a playoff scenario, he’s an important part of their overall chances this season. As to a “ savior of the franchise” that’s just hyperbole that only a  small group of fans would agree with.

Regarding Amari and the rest of the guys,,,  McBeane is carefully managing this season to:  1) win the division/playoff berth  2) keep the players as healthy as possible for the playoffs even if it means being overly conservative on who is active for games.

If you’re a contender or vying for #1 seed. You don’t lose winnable games at home to an inferior divisional

opponent.

Of course kc Lost to raiders last year at home. But. Well. I stand by the above

It’s awesome that you contradict yourself and then double down, 👍

By the way, folks, the Bills are only three more wins away from evening the all-time series with the stinking Fish, despite going 0-for-20 in the 70s.  The series record currently stands at 59-62-1 (including playoffs).

What is it if you remove the playoffs?

No hitch in Bernard’s giddyup from what I can gather from the video, so that’s encouraging. We need him in the lineup, especially with the speed Miami routinely exhibits, especially by Achane.

As for Cooper, bad wrist or not, as long as his legs are ok to run patterns, he’s gonna suit up and play.
