Win the next two. Get to 8-2. Then I think the Bills find a way to at least split those 4 games. I know we lost to Baltimore and Houston but we have beaten good teams in the regular season plenty over the years and this group is getting better as they go.

man, they barely even drop back, the run heavy play action stuff is kryptonite for us.  mcd will have to show serious improve and have a good showing for us to have a chance.

Rams, They are playing tougher and have Nakua and Cupp* Back.   (*Could be traded)

Lions... this looks like a potential **** show if we don't shore stuff up. They are for real, and will be playing for Home field advantage with just 4 weeks left in the season AND we are at their place. We go in and win there... then this team is very ready to try and make a super bowl run.

 

That said, Amari Cooper says 'Be where your feet are" And our feet are on to Miami.

 

 

IMHO:

We should beat fins by double digits

We should beat Indy by double digits - probably a blow out

We should beat KC by more than 4+ points 

We should beat the Niners by 7+ points

We should beat the Rams by at least 7+ points (blow out if they trade Stafford and Kupp)

 

Lions are the worst matchup for us in the NFL right now IMHO.  We struggle to stop the run, defend the screen, and have a history of good TE's going off on us.  Lions can do all that amongst the best in the NFL.  This is the one game that scares me.

 

Screen game with Gibbs, Jameson, and even Montgomery scares me against our team as we still can't seem to defend it.  Our best chance is getting to Goff, which we can, but if they counter that with getting the ball out early and short to Gibbs, LaPorta, Montgomery, etc it can be a big problem for our defense.  I just hope our key players are healthy for that game on defense.  Then of course, there is their ability to run the ball too in any fashion from pounding it to explosive out on the outside.  

 

I mean Lions just scored 52 points with Goff throwing for just 85 yards in that game.

I'm not sure who the 2024 Buffalo Bills are just yet.  Sometimes we're awesome and execute at a high level.  Sometimes we look just awful.  Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde.  Will the real Buffalo Bills please stand up!

 

Maybe some of the inconsistency has to do with two new coordinators and a bunch of new starters.

 

I think the Lions game will tell us a lot.  All the newness issues should be worked out by then.  It'll be interesting to see how we perform against the team that might be the best in the NFC.  Are we contenders or pretenders?

Bills will be favored in all those games except Detroit. It’s crucial that we finish with the 2 seed because beating Baltimore and Houston on the path to KC will be challenges we don’t need. I believe we will ultimately beat anyone in our building if we’re healthy. The game that scares me is LA along with Detroit.

While the Lions are a really good team I'm not as worried as some.  Their coach very well might blow it late by running some trick play to throw it to a offensive lineman for the go ahead score instead of giving if to Montgomery or Gibbs.  And we think Coach McDermott is bad on late game decisions.

Ford Field is a shared stadium which spirit of Ralph inhabits.  Bills play well there.

I think the 1 seed is extremely important. The 2 3 is probably going to be Baltimore and KC if we get the 1. Not having to beat both of them and going on the road could be the difference between playoff exit or Superbowl.  I go for the 1 till I'm completely out of it. The 4 seed would be a crazy gauntlet fpr the Bill to get through. Our style of play leads to less injuries as a whole I believe. Offense stays on the field longer.

Just have Josh and the rest of the key players be as healthy as possible for the playoffs.  That’s all that matters.  If we lose this regular season to Balt, Hou, KC, Det, that’s fine. That will give us the revenge mindset for the playoff rematch.

Right Now Baltimore is NOT even leading their division.  If the playoffs started today,  Baltimore will be the 7th seed.

The hot team rarely stays the hot team for a full season. Last week it was the Ravens. Then they lost to the Browns. Now it is the Lions. We'll see if they still are in a couple of weeks. The season always has ebbs and flows like this. The trick is getting hot right as you are heading into the playoffs. That's where we want the Bills to be.

I absolute love what they are doing up in Detroit. Goff has resurrected his career, but he also has a supporting offense on par (better IMO) than the 49ers. I think the North will end up representing for the SB. Detroit and Minnesota both look great

I think it is very likely, given the divisions they play in, that Houston is the 2/3 and Balt/Pit are the 4. Out of Bal, Hou, KC I would definitely prefer to play Hou. We owe them big time.

Houston look really average to me at the moment. They have some injuries, and if Collins and Diggs are missing time together I wonder about how that impacts them. Their division is weak but they still have Lions, Chiefs, Ravens to come they'd only have to drop those three and maybe one more to end up as the #4 IMO.

I guess, but it’s optimal conditions for fast play.  Climate controlled, no weather or heavy winds.  Allen has a history of playing fast in domes.  Detroit concerns me more as that coach has been building a great program, not perfect, but solid.  They will be probably our biggest challenge this year for the remainder of the season.  The Chiefs have a formidable defense, but have looked average on offense even with their perfect record.  The 49ers Have been exposed, but are still a great team.  The rest is evident who will be favored.

 

If we could even win 2 of the 3 tough games, this will be an amazing season especially if one of those wins is KC.  We’d finish 14-3 although I expected 12-5 to 13-4 initially earlier this year.  Cooper may not have done much in this game, but the threat of him allowed Shakir, Coleman, and Cook to shine.  Wait until he starts getting ready synergy with Super Allen.  This will be an amazing season.

Where do you see 4 losses for the Bills rest of the way... Are you assuming we will lose to the Chiefs, 49ers, Lions and someone else.... That would be a very weak Playoff team.

I suppose Rams looks 4th most likely. I just can't see the Bills losing all four of those games. Is there a surprise loss left somewhere on the schedule? I think Indy if they have gone to Flacco becomes a tougher out than it would be otherwise.
