Benford and Rousseau for me. But it really is a tough choice. A lot of guys playing at a high level through the first 8 weeks.

Rousseau has disrupted a lot of plays and should really have twice as many sacks as he does. So close on a bunch!

rbs had holes and josh had time to throw, i don't want to decrease the quality of Cook, Shakir or other receivers, but for me it's whole OL

2nd is DL, the Seahawks went off timing quickly during the game

I'll make the case for Dion. When you have a franchise QB, his bodyguard - generally - is the LT. He would be the hardest person to replace of the poll imo.

Shakir - his absence left the offense in shambles.

 

The second half turn around vs. Tennessee started when Josh started targeting him repeatedly.

I voted for Cook. Love his wiggle and seems to get 6-7 yards a clip with ease.

Bernard (when healthy).  Otherwise, I'd share Dawkins/Brown.  Both are helping with a fantastic run game.

Taron Johnson is an All-Pro nickel. Even though he missed some games he's the best player outside of Allen.

 

Benford and Bernard are on the next level. Both are playing at ProBowl level.

 

And now for the controversy...I think Spencer Brown is the Bills best OL.  I had hopes for Torrence but he started really badly. By years end he may be the best O-linemen still.

I know he has only 3.5 sacks, but his 8 TFLs and 14 QB hits are twice as many as anyone else on the defense. Plus he has a couple of passes defensed.

He's just a disruptive force out there right now. Sacks aren't everything.

Personally, I'm between Shakir on Offense and Benford on Defense.

This is the right answer. I don't think it is close personally. 

 

I think Shakir, Cook and Rousseau all have legit cases for #3. But #2 is clear in my mind.

I don't think Seattle looked at him even once yesterday until the Bills had gone dime into a deep shell in the 4th qrtr

I'd consider him if he wasn't on a rotation.  Benford never comes off the field.

Taron needs to be in the conversation as well.  He's basically a CB/linebacker hybrid and probably the best tackler on the team.  He is playing at a really high level despite the drop-off in help behind him.

I went Rousseau, Bernard... yes if he was available.. Benford absolutely... Shakir and Cook on Offense truth, I felt like I wanted a Defensive player... although he is not overly consistent albiet to me much more consistent this year Rousseau actually can be a game wrecker.... So Ima show some love to 50.

Rousseau, Dawkins, Cook, Benford and Shakir have all been lights out this year.

Benford barely beats out Shakir in my book.  Cook has been good, but the drop-off from Cook to Davis or Johnson is just not as big.
