#58 got the roughing the passer penalty when it was obvious.  He took 2-3 steps after Allen threw the ball and pushed Allen down.  Jaran Reed got in his face on the field.  They went to the sideline and the fight continued.

I saw some people say no one flops like Allen. Watch his helmet, he gets slammed in the face. Maybe he embellishes a bit, but he got hit hard.

The reason they got the 15 which actually trumped another Bills penalty is that Hall took 2-3 steps and hit Allen helmet to helmet.

 

Allen may have embellished or simply was unfazed (from some angles you can see his finger was pointing to a first down as he fell... which I thought was funny), but just a dumb penalty to take and super-obvious when a defender goes helmet to helmet on a QB well after the play.

 

The Hawks had stopped us, and then the stuup move by Hall, so their veteran NT was a bit upset.
