st pete gogolak
Have no idea what this means but Houston held Josh to 9 for 30 and yesterday held Anthony Richardson to 10 for 32. In an age when a 55% completion rate stinks, it’s wild that they have had two games holding opposing QB to 33%. It is really a weird outlier stat.
streetkings01
I’m pretty sure the Houston message board would love to discuss this…..not so much over here 🤷🏽♂️ 2 1
BillsShredder83
Richardson isn't him for starters. We were outta rhythm that game and Keon hadn't really emerged yet. Cook was out i believe too or was that balt?

Richardson is a monumental bust. 3 2

That was brutal with Keon not really ready for an increased role and no Cooper. It left Josh with nowhere to go with the ball because they doubled Kincaid all game. Cook was out for the Ray Davis coming out party in NY.
boyst
We would beat the Texans at least 6 of 10 games any other time. That game was bad.

Unlike Allen, that's not too far from what Richardson normally puts up. He is pretty awful outside beautiful deep passes and a few runs.
GunnerBill
The have two legit edge rushers. That is part of it. Quarterbacks rarely stay comfortable for long. But Josh played his worst half of the season in that game as well which was part of the story vs Buffalo.

Brianmoorman4jesus
And yet, both games were a made play away from being a L at home

zow2
You can't really say anything NFL related with 100% certainty, but i feel if the Colts had started Joe Flacco they would have won that game. That's a lost opportunity for Indy. Houston was ripe to be beaten. Anthony Richardson got tired on a play and tapped out of the game. That's unheard of. He's getting ripped on the sports shows today. 1

Seem to muddy up the short stuff and let their guys create problems - Not afraid to bring pressure especially on 3rd downs. I'd imagine they did even moreso against a rookie. MPL
33% is a pretty good day for Anthony Richardson. 1

Just a comedy of errors where you can just see how much of a game of inches the NFL is. 1
SCBills
We played about as bad as we could in that Texans game. Major injuries all over. Keon hadn’t really figured it out yet. No Amari Cooper trade. Cole Bishop rookie moment allowing a Nico Collins blown coverage TD. Still were a disastrous final offensive possession away from taking it to OT. If teams want to play us like they did, now, Allen is taking his pick of Coleman or Cooper to go down the field to. In that game, he was relying on Mack Hollins winning downfield. Baltimore is a contender and we fell flat, had some injuries and they just outplayed us. Houston was just a bad game and they are not better than us.

He is in and we win imo.
