Though i’m not so sure about Mayo as coach.
Gregg
1 hour ago, mannc said: The Aaron Rodgers Experience has set the Jets back at least three years, and caused them to waste the prime years of players like Quinnen and Quincy Williams, Sauce Gardner and others. Not sure what Rodgers’s contract looks like after this season, but the Jets are in for a full re-build with a new coaching staff and a rookie QB, and they just doubled down with Davante Adams, who will want no part of that. And the Dolphins are arguably in even worse shape… For the Jets they can't even evaluate Jordan Travis as he is hurt. If he was healthy, it would probably be a good idea to play him to get regular season game experience.

We have 6 wins, and there's a good chance that no other AFC East team will have 6 wins by Christmas. I'm not even joking. I don't think any of those teams can go 4-4 in their next 8 games. LMAO! Wait...so if you bet 4K on the Bills to win the division and they won, you'd get 100 back? 😂

billieve420
I think it is clear the Bills are the class of the AFC East. Now the question is how good they really are against the top teams. I just hope we are fully healthy come playoff time. Hopefully all the reps the younger players are getting will be beneficial down the road. MarlinTheMagician
I am looking forward to the Bills lifetime franchise record to be above .500. I think it is 24 games under. Josh can make that up in 3-4 years. Would be unbelievable. But this year -- all good. We will be better in December too.
NeverOutNick
I just want the 1 seed. No more Texans like breakdowns McD and I think we can do it. Make the path more difficult for the chiefs

The Miami Dolphins are 2-5, led by a small, concussion-prone QB that they just handed a $200+ million contract to three months ago. They also gave 30 year old Jalen Ramsay, who has struggled at times this season, a $72 million dollar contract extension, just one month ago. They also extended their head coach, who many Dolphins want fired, just 2 months ago. These moves cost money, and is undoubtedly part of the reason that they had to let good (and sometimes dirty) players such as Van Ginkel and Christian Wilkins leave. As a result, their defense has given up more points in 7 games than the Bills have given up in 8. The Jets are 2-6 after being media darlings all off-season. They mortgaged their future for a 40 year old Aaron Rodgers, who comes with a large contract and has 10 total TD’s in 9 games played as a Jet. There is a thread on the Jets forum calling for Rodgers to be benched and Tyrod Taylor to start next week. They traded for Davante Adams, presumably at Rodgers request, and he brought with him a $140 Million dollar contract. The Jets are 0-2 since signing him. They fired their head coach and are now fielding calls for them to fire the interim coach. Their offensive coordinator has already been demoted. To make matters worse, their former QB busts are playing quite well for the Vikings and seahawks. The Patriots, after 2 decades of rule, are on pace to miss the playoffs for the 3rd consecutive season. Their former player and current head coach seems not ready for position. Life is good. Just a small correction.

They lost that when they went to 17. It's an under-appreciated result of that move, and it's a drag, But more money, which trumps everything for the owners. SoCal Deek
The season is half over? In the ‘old days’ that meant only another nine months until the Draft….the highlight of the message board calendar. 😉
Success
I feel as good about our chances this year as I have at any point since we got Allen. This is a really good TEAM, and they play very good complementary football. If could just be a little healthier come January, they could make a real run.

And the Dolphins are arguably in even worse shape… It’s a beautiful thing. Meanwhile, in Orchard Park, Beane and McDermott have taken what many deemed to be a “reset” or “transition” year and have the Bills looking like a legitimate Super Bowl contender — and the cap picture just gets better next year.
