Did Amari play much after what looked like he took a stinger?

I didn’t see him, but wasn’t specifically looking at the WRs.   Definitely will be something to watch this week.

Why did this not count as a sack for Rousseau (or anyone)?

It appeared the play call was a handoff. Even if it was play action, how can the scorekeeper record it as a sack if there was no indication of a pass play?

James Cook. I think he felt the heat of Ray Davis playing well recently. Impressive day from him running the football.

I think Cook's main motivation may have been that Kenneth Walker III was taken 21 picks ahead of him in the 2022 draft.

Gotta say… I thought he did a great job during the game.   Don’t get me wrong.. I really don’t like anything about him.  But he talked pretty evenly about both teams, added insight, was a good color announcer.

I despise Tom Brady but I thought he did a great job of analysis and I did not find him unlikable or annoying.

I remember some personal toys being tossed out on the field, too.

Yes, it makes my blood boil to think that those are displayed in his trophy case in his man cave.

So uh.... are we looking at 13 -4 as the bottom of our potential for the season?

no.  I’d say 10-7 rock bottom, 13-4 / 14-3 “pie in the sky but also could feasibly still happen”.

KC, esp if they are undefeated when they come to Bflo will be a tough out, Suspect refs will understand their assignment.

Detroit in Detroit will be a test.

@Indy, SFO, @LA will all be challenging.

Half of them probably sold the tickets.

Just would like to follow up my earlier comments about the luck that played into the red zone stops:

I did not acknowledge the trip by Geno was a 4th down after an extremely short field after then Allen InT.

Defense got off the field. Gotta give them their props (no Bernard, no Carter)

I was thinking the same thing. Came up holding a shoulder, and i didn't  see him in after that.

The hit didn't look severe or like something that would necessarily lead to a shoulder "injury" so that was why I was guessing stinger.

I'm hoping they were just being cautious in a game where they didn't really need him.

Yeah, you walk onto the field unexpectedly and have to line up n your own 7 yrd line and then keep them off the scoreboard, there is more than luck involved.

4 game lead on the division before Halloween.  This must be what it felt like to be the Pats in the early 2000s

I said this to my father just a little while ago. Really the Bills are up 4.5 games over Miami and 5 over the Jets. And we have the Dolphins at home next week while the Jets play Houston. It's almost laughable at this point.

Not a lot of Allen discussion.

Another MVP level performance. Making more amazing intermediate and long distance throws and dimes than we’ve seen in years.

Allen is currently playing at a top tier HOF QB level. Favre-like but less dangerous throws and turnovers.

All of these blowouts are really hurting his counting stats.

It was a Tackle For Loss. There was no certainty he was passing; he never got the play started.

Sounds dumb but I was rooting for cook to go down short of the goal line. I wanted more Allen TDs. Josh was extremely effiencient and smart today (despite the pic and some questionable goal line fades). I think we (myself too) take his play for granted now. He needs to be acknowledged and appreciated. He delivered some strikes, manuevered the pocket, and makes wise choices all game. We are lucky.
