Bills need to work on toughness. They need to practice reps and work depth to make themselves have to fight and toughen up. Keep the games close so they get practice in tough situations.

The Bills coaches have owned the Seahawks inexperienced staff. It has been a total mismatch coaching wise.

I don't know sometimes it does get tough though, bad enough interference at the right moment and the WR isn't going to be anywhere close to where they would have been down field.
