I like Tua as a person and wish him well (except against the Bills).  I’m already dreading the next time he’s concussed.  Don’t think it’s an if just a matter of when.

He should not play....  He is one hit away from devasting concussion.  He had 2 concussions playing against Bills in 3 games.

What exactly is a “ devastating’ concussion?  What does that mean, what scientific evidence is that based on, and what  have you read to make that conclusion, you know , that his neurologists and team drs haven’t read or had excess too ?   It’s this type of hyperbole by  people that should just stay in your own thoughts , as it’s just myth based on your opinion.

He has gotten several opinions and was cleared to play by experts who treat people / athletes as their main field of expertise regarding return to play situations.  However , that’s not enough , and you think your opinion is what he should act on ?  I’m sorry but that’s just absurd.  What if someone random told you not to go to work Monday or any longer because you are just one devastating car wreck away from being badly hurt ?  Would you retire ?  Of course not , it’s your life and  there is no way to exactly quantify that type of risk to a specific individual.
.  The only part that is fact based is he had 2 concussions while playing the Bills , yet they were in different seasons and I think close to a year apart , if not more.  Its  not your life , your decision to make , and its opinion contrary to the team, team drs , specialists all clearing him.  He’s playing , it’s his life, his risk ( football is risky for many reasons) , let it go as he has a right to live his life as he chooses after discussing his risks with qualified experts. You have to agree , EVERY PLAYER is one hit away from a devastating injury in that sport, I mean Hyde went back out there AFTER SPINAL SURGERY.  Having had that at three levels myself , you couldn’t pay me any $ to play football after neck surgery. lol,     Everybody makes their own choices and that should be respected.   Go Bills !

No to be cold hearted, and yes I agree he always seems like a nice guy, but he’s had plenty of warnings now. I don’t think he’s a fool at all for continuing to play, I don’t believe it’s the money, I just believe he feels he has unfinished business (if he already had a Super Bowl to his name I think he might have quit).

but he has gone through a serious episode twice now, talked to specialists, his family apparently wanted him to quit. It’s all on him and his own decision now. He’s an adult who has made his choice. I hope he stays healthy but if this happens again he definitely isn’t some poor victim who was thrown out there by the dolphins, even though a lot of people in the media will try and pin it on them and the NFL

People act like concussions haven’t been going on since the very inception of the game. They just called it getting your bell rung. I’m not a doctor, but I’m pretty sure nobody has any idea how to predict these things. It’s the same thing with backs. He could end up a vegetable or he could play another 12 years. Nobody really knows. Plenty of guys like Jerome Bettis, Terry Bradshaw, Troy Aikman, Rodney Harrison, etc who played in a much more violent era of football are all doing fine. Actually coherent enough to have careers in broadcasting. I hope the best for Tua in regards to his health.

I'm pulling for Tua.  Not the Phins (of course) - but I'm pulling for Tua.

I’m not. Never known for intelligence, he’s beyond stupid coming back. Hamlin just breathed on him. Imo, he deserves whatever happens. 🤷‍♂️

I hope the Cardinals play a very physical game against him and the Dolphins to soften them up for us. If Tua gets knocked out again, it's his own fault for not eating some humble pie and retiring knowing his health condition. Dude is already set with money so pure stupidity right now

You can blame the NFL and Dolphins for allowing this guy to paralyze himself just to MAYBE win a few games.

There will be a big ass lawsuit later no matter how many waviers were signed.

One solid impact to his head and he may never be “right” ever again, brave or willful ignorance? You know full well he is going to be playing scared knowing what may very well happen,

True enough, he has had every opportunity to bow out gracefully, and he doesn’t need the money, this is his decision and his alone, the reaper has no mercy, i don’t have much respect for someone that is so willfully ignorant,
