I don't know that it's a fair comparison. Knox at TE wouldn't necessarily have to use his hands in as much of a physical manner as that of a DT, who pretty much is in a man to man battle on every play with big guys in the middle.

Not sure about that as Knox is required to both block and catch passes.  Hard to do both with a broken wrist.  It's pry a wash.

This goes back to my complaint over the summer that we really only had four NFL-quality DT on the roster for camp. No one wanted to hear about that because receiver, receiver, receiver,...but here we are with only three left for the toughest part of our schedule. I guess the idea is Smoot or Rousseau will be playing inside on 3rd downs??

Hope Zion Logue will make a career for himself with the opportunity!

Ankou or Deen getting a PS call up?

Probably Ankou

We're getting hit w/ injuries - but at least nothing season-ending so far.

The key for us is finally getting to the playoffs in relatively good shape.

Wrists are so poorly designed. Just a total evolutionary failure.

The wrist is the opposite of the elbow. The elbow is an extraordinary joint. I’ve been bending mine for years.

ANd yet is one of the most  "critical" part of human body that gets its glory in ALL SPORTS...The Wrist is the king when it comes to any bat or ball sport....

Ankou is more of a 1-Tech at 325 lbs. I'd doubt he'd be called upon for that role. I'd assume it's Branson Deen.
