How nerdy am I? I just looked up the etymology of the word “scrimmage.” BTW, it comes from the middle English of a word that currently is Skirmish.

Yeah.  You pry take the knee there because you risk a RB fumble or an injury.  It's rare for a 97 yard rushing TD.

Earlier today I researched the origin of the past tense of the verb "go". Why is it "went"?  Seriously.
