Id hire Stefanski as OC tomorrow if he gets fired. I think he is really good.

Facts Bill.

This guy made Tavares Jackson, Joe Webb, Teddy Bridgewater and Case Keenum look playable lol

(Probably a bit harsh on Case there)

Best QB during his extensive Minny tenure was Favre and we know how good the Vikes were during that 2009 season. Sure they had AP but Brett looked great that first season there.

Good for him. I hope he kills it. Dorsey is a good coordinator. His offense was just too rigid and not a fit for Josh Allen. But he had a good concept.

Something wasn’t meshing toward the end which is weird as his whole style seems to be the heavy RPO with west coast design. Something that should be a killer fit with a QB like Josh.

My first thought as well.

"Hey Ken, you've been fired before, right? You seemed to bounce back pretty well"

"Why are you asking?"

"No reason, BUDDY."      *walks away whistling*

Collecting OC checks from 2 NFL teams while sitting home on the couch probably isnt the worst thing to happen to a guy.

Mathematically  very low,  I would say 3, out of the following 4: New England , Carolina, Browns and Titans.

Good math. Just checked, four the norm, Vegas presently has it at three. Last time 5 was 2016.

Should learn to do my homework more.

I think the Browns offense will look decent this week and the Browns will give the Ravens a closer game than many expect.

Perfect weather, Winston has a capable arm, and the Ravens will spend at least a quarter reacting to the new plays.

And if you're Ken Dorsey and Jameis Winston, what do you have to lose?

Although he was not OC all that time. He did pretty much every offensive position through that time from Quality Control all the way up to OC.

But I think he is a really good OC. Whether he is a Head Coach I'm not sure.

TBH I would take him to replace McD (I know it is unlikely)

I'm 50/50 on that. If there is a vacancy sure but the two decisions are separate for me.  I think some of the stuff that has gone on in that franchise (and hey, I get it, it's the Browns) reflects poorly on his leadership. But if the Bills fired McD and Stefanski was available I'd definitely want them to interview him. Just not sure I'd fire McD to hire Stefanski.

I assume that you mean in the offseason. He presumably has a whole different system with its own verbiage. How could you implement that midseason?

Wonder what the over/under is for teams with 4 wins or less this season, or what the record is?

Looking like quite a few.

Raiders too. Can't forget them.

I am aware it is unlikely, and I am not a McD hater like some. But if this season ends similarly to those of years past, I think I would take him over McD. Gives us continuity on the offensive side with Josh (by not having to change systems during his tenure), with being a good culture guy as well.

Could be the move needed to get us over the hump a la Gruden replacing Dungy
