They just can't seem to put together a full game.  Defense looks terrible, then looks better.  Offense the same thing.  And what is going on with Chris Bell?

I am starting to think Red is a good recruiter but not a good coach.

I want to give him time to get “his system” in place…but I am kind of starting to lean this way a bit.  The early signs of what his teams are doing on the floor is not super encouraging.

I hate to say this, but I haven’t even bothered finishing watching some of these games. I didn’t even bother watching the ND game at all. 
 

I just hate the way this team plays. It’s college AAU.  I am getting close to being done with college bball.

I’m starting to think that there is no way Autry is the coach next season.  This team is not improving…particularly on defense.  I can’t take it anymore.

I'm not ready to give up on him yet.  He's earned at least another season.  I hope it's not just me being a total homer, but i think the dude can coach, he just doesn't have the cohesive pieces at this moment.  we'll see

I wish I were as optimistic. It seems like they have some really great talent this year. Just can’t play D; O is very stagnant; and too many turnovers and bad mistakes.  Rotations have been a mess, but that may be due to the injuries. 
 

I do think they have to give Red though a few years before they pull the plug. Maybe he can grow into it. Also, would love to see him have a really great defensive specialist coach on that staff.

There are things I think should be evident in a team that is well coached. Effort, rebounding, and turnovers. Those are all things indicative of coaching at a basic level, which are reflective of getting the people to buy in. He hasnt shown that so far, I am not sure how much longer we should let him try.  It appears he is still thinking like an assistant coach and not the main guy imo

I watched the Cal game and they actually looked good. Maybe they are turning the corner a little.

Heard they used the zone....let's hope it's a sign of good things, unfortunately Duke is looming

they almost played a 3-2 zone for stretches. It was okay, but cal can’t really shoot. 
 

I still don’t understand how their man is so bad. They are always confused on whether to switch on screens. They need to just switch on all ball screens, and let the chips fall where they may. Right now, it’s like mass confusion.
