I shall be present. The people saying to stay out of the downtown core aren’t wrong, but that’s not where the best of Seattle is anyways. Check out the area around Lake Union and go over to Fremont and Ballard as well. Or, as some people have said in another thread, go into the surrounding outdoors and enjoy a nice hike or leisurely walk in the forest.

Get seats in the top deck upper area so you’re undercover. Looks like it’s going to rain. I’m sitting up in 311 under the roof just to be sure. Lots of great seats up there and the views are not an issue most anywhere in that stadium.

Happy for you that you could go.

We are coming in from Long Island, arriving late Thursday, looking to connect for Friday/Saturday events and trying to find the pregame tailgate for Sunday.

Happy for you guys that you are going.

Not only am I happy for them, but I’m kind of jealous. I’ve never been to Seattle but that is one of the places that intrigues me the most. I’d love to see a game there and get a taste of the environment. For me it’s up there with Denver and Minneapolis as a place I’d like to see a game.

Have fun and bring home a win!

I'll be there sitting (I hope. I really don't like the whole stand up the whole time thing.) in the upper deck with my wife, daughter, and son-in-law.

Debating if I'm gonna wear my Buffalo Lynch jersey or something else.

Hosting Italian exchange student who is now a legit fan.  He loved being at the opener, and this will be his first road game experience.

He likes planes, so we'll be at the aviation museum instead of the Boeing factory (strike) on Saturday.

We'll be at the FOB pregame.

Go Bills.

Are you going to this one in Everett?  It is really cool.

I highly recommend it. About 15 miles north of downtown Seattle

I did Denver in 2014.  Was an awesome experience, would def make that a bucket list trip for a Bills game

I just happened to be there on a game day once. We were on our way out of town, but it caught my eye as something I would want to do.

It's a cool city, a cool stadium and the fans there are pretty friendly.  Denver is also full of a lot of good breweries and gastropubs.

It was one of the marquee road games on the schedule that year so Bills fans were everywhere which always makes it a blast

I was in Seattle back in 2014 and 2018.  My main memory is that whenever i parked my rental car downtown, i was literally accosted by homeless people asking for money..  very aggressive.  And that was BEFORE things went downhill during and after the covid crisis.  So have fun for all you visiting Pike Place, etc.  It is cool but be prepared for some serious pan handling in your face.

I will give some of them credit for their originality though. I've ran into many over the years that would spout wild things to get your attention. About 20 years ago a buddy and I were in Seattle for a Hawks v Giants game. The night before we hit downtown. After leaving a club, one attempted to stop us for cigarettes, claiming he used to train Muhammad Ali and was down on his luck. Less than a block later we ran into Mike Tyson's trainer.

The Museum of Flight at Boeing Field is excellent and it's also down in Seattle (rather than way up at Paine Field where the factory is).

I've been to both and I like the Everett one better.  A lot of WWII birds. And they have tour guides there that explain the the airplanes and their history.

But they are both good.
