Kelly/Marino/Elway ’04 is #2. Big Ben/Eli/Rivers Might even edge out ‘04. I'd say 2018 is still way behind '04. 2 of the 3 from '04 won multiple Super Bowls. The 2018 class needs a champion before it can get in that conversation, and hopefully it's our guy!

You may be right about Darnold but Mayfield has always been at least a decent starter. He was Rookie of the Year in 2018, and he played pretty well in Cleveland, including 2021 when he played hurt most of the season. The Browns kicked him to the curb in order to get Watson. He spent part of 2022 in Carolina and the rest with the Rams (replacing Stafford who was injured). In Tampa, he's shown again that he's a really good QB.

Pretty remarkable. keyword is "currently". Doubt that continues thru the end of the season. DC's get smarter with more gametape

Pretty remarkable. They are rated that high because "Wrong" Josh is the sinkhole. The good news he has 7 jerseys to hang on his wall. That edge out is hopeful for Josh lol there will be the stats and accolades between Lamar & Josh, not sure about the rings. Those other classes have it all. We also got super lucky the Broncos didn’t go QB at 5 that year since they were also in the market. I had heard the Browns were thinking about taking Allen 1st overall. Man imagine how different history would have been if one of those events had happened?
