why could it not happen before 17 game season?

you would just need both out of conference teams that were in conference title game the year before to be from the same division.

Very infrequent yes, but not impossible.

Great point.  Didnt consider that.  Really wanted to note how much harder it was and easier it is relative to the 17 game schedule.

So I guess that is it for carter.  he has looked awesome.  The guy is a bull.  This sucks.

The offense has been getting by without Samuel as it is. Hopefully he can get healthy soon so we can have another option.

TB being out hurts. The defense is noticeably better when he's on the field.

I mean it could be 3-6 games.  Not the season, hopefully

his whole game is built around his power.  The guy is so strong.  With a bum wrist he won't be right until next year.

they have no one to replace him either which really sucks.  Seattle may run for 150 or more yards sunday.

People talk about Milano being brittle….well, now we have Bernard to throw i to that same narrative.

Seems like the smaller yet hits hard guys at LB equals often injured.

Carter and Bernard out means we can expect the Seahawks to attack the spine of our defense over and over again with a heavy dose of Ken Walker III. Frankly, that's likely what we could've expected if those guys were healthy and active, too.

The Seahawks will get their yards. It'll be critical to limit them to field goals and to get off to a fast start on offense, rather than spotting them 10-14 points before we "wake up", as we have done multiple times this year.

Yep. I swear if the bills play only 6 guys in the box... lol.

Got to learn from that Ravens game

Tom is obviously very knowledgeable of the game and his commentary is pretty insightful IMO.

Not that Brady is super charismatic, but I feel like taking a guy like TB and putting him on a network is like asking a stand up comedian to host a "yuk yuk" morning drive time radio show. They aren't the same skill set whatsoever. Chris Collinsworth is Nikolas Pickalas and Tom Brady is Chris Rock. Every once in a while somebody like Romo hits it out of the park and is Shredd/Ragan.

He would probably be better on something like a more straight laced Manning cast that takes a deeper dive into x's and o's. Or a podcast with a professional host where they breakdown film.

These are situations where I wish they would be able to adjust and use Elam more situationally where we can commit another defender down low and give Elam some reps in man.

Seahawks are a poor RZ team which only hurts more if DK is out. They'll get their yards but the key will be keeping them to 3.
