It is not false. If prices of some goods rise then you can purchase a smaller amount of goods and services absent any increase in income or money supply.

If there are 2 goods in the economy A and B and both cost 10 units of currency and your income is 100 units of currency you can buy a quantity of A and B equal to a quantity of 10 items. If the price of A goes from 10 to 20 and the price of B remains at 10 you can now only buy 5 units of A or 10 units of B. Or some combination equal to 100 units of currency.

Your faced with a choice of cutting your consumption of A or B or both. This is what Americans are experiencing especially lower and fixed income consumers. The only way you can maintain the same level of consumption is to increase income or money supply.

What happens to the price of food if you reduce the supply of food by 25-40% but keep the supply of money the same?

Simple: you just make the quality of food worse and cheaper to produce and slap a nice-sounding marketing term on it. Works every time. Can't wait for McDonald's to start advertising that they no longer use seed oils. It's going to be big mac season so soon.

^ Why did you post that? What the hell? LOL! Immigrants are driving up home prices by buying houses?

So, again, you trust Trump's promise to carry this out?

What's he gonna do, just dump human being in mexico?

Hmmm...the guy doesn't need to run again, I'm guessing he doesn't give a sh it about you not liking immigrants anymore. But we shall see.

Great video, btw

For the dummies...

People, whether they are here legally or not, need a place to live. That includes buying, renting, hotels, homeless shelters. That's less places for legal residents to stay. There's currently a deficit for housing. Do the math and you will see why rent and housing prices are through the roof

Ya sure, lol. It's a dumb argument to begin with, but you posted it to prove Trump was going to carry out a mass deportation. That clip you showed in no ways proves he will.

Just for fun: Won't it cost more for new homes if there are not enough workers to build them? That make any sense at all your MAGA head?

I posted it because it's the CEO of Zillow on TV saying that deporting illegals will help lower the cost of housing.

No, deporting illegal workers will not make it cost more to build houses. Unskilled laborers get a set wage for the day's work. Nobody cares if they are legal or illegal or right out of jail or from Harvard. If you are running an operation where you are hiring only illegals on purpose and paying them crap wages then shame on you. You don't need to do that to make a nice profit.

If there are not enough workers, you are saying that won't affect costs? Wow. You are MAGA alright

You won't be upset if there are no mass deportations, will you? Who cares, really, right?

I get it.  People's lives are a joke to you.  You all said how hate filled the left was and here you are.  You are an embarrassment.  Get lost.

He should focus on deporting the ones who've committed violent crimes.

That would be a great start.

Rounding error compared to the millions and millions of illegals. So you are ok if its just thousands?

We will make Democrats who support illegals to house them. If they don't then they both get deported. Deal? 🤝
