If he crossed the line while in possession of the ball then it should have been a TD . I have only heard about the call i didn't get a chance to actually see the play up close to make a decision . But i know there is a lot of grumbling about it .

I think it is simple...The ball is moving in his hand when he was inside the end zone. If his foot had not touched the side line of endzone then it would have been a TD as he did retain control of the ball as he was leaving the end zone.   Tough call for the Bills, but the right call by the rule book.
