I'm trying to understand why do bills fans even want him...

He's old and slow and would take targets away from our young emerging threats.

It’s hard to know for sure how much he’s lost while just going through the motions on a crappy team. Not many receivers are going to be the type of consummate pro that, say, Larry Fitzgerald was right up to the end. 
 

If Hopkins is in KC next week I think we’ll have a better idea how good he can still be.

He isn't near what he used to be, we shut  him down today.  After his hissy fit  I doubt they get much for him.
