Not anywhere near 40m people, but keep trying In the 2008 election, John McCain got 60m votes to Obama's 69m (129m) In the 2012 election, Mitch Romney got 61m votes to Obama's 65m (126m total) In the 2016 election, Donald Trump got 63m votes to Hillary's 65m (128m total) In the 2020 election, Trump got 74m votes and Biden surged to 81m votes (155m total) So the voting totals were generally static until mail-in voting appeared Why are you omitting turnout numbers? 2016 was a year in which two major things influenced the outcome - systemic disinformation about Clinton targeted in blue cities, and overwhelming overconfidence that Clinton would win because of the polls. In 2020 turnout spiked quite simply because of the “fool me twice, shame on me” edict. 2024 will be no different - the “Trump effect” has people coming out voting in droves - both for and against him. 1 1 1

Trump got 50 some million votes in 2016. He got over 75 million votes in 2020. Do you find it interesting your talking point about trump and the uneducated has flipped 180. 2020 like now, the Dems are heavily targeting the youth. You know. The uneducated and lacking experience demo. Shoot. K. Harris said that demo are morons. But she needs them bad.

You have to be the stupidest person on the planet to believe that *****. The one thing he tried to do that may have slowed the spread was to shut down foreign travel from hotspots. But liberals were against that cause it's racist not to allow people from where the viral outbreak occured from coming into the US. Perhaps he should have gone door to door with a homemade witch potion to keep people from getting sick? The man signed off on the removal of any liability for the pharma companies developing the vaccine, at Warp Speed. This is the stupidest revisionist history. Trump didn't stop the viral outbreak! How was he supposed to stop it from mutating a half dozen times? Was he supposed to arm wrestle it? Or maybe he should have mandated that all infected people get placed in nursing homes with the most vulnerable elderly people? Oh no wait, that was Democrat gov Andrew Cuomo, the leader of the resistance! You are full of sh!t! Edited October 21 by Motorin' 4

One an't make ideological simpletons use it. And that resist bs, cause a lot of deaths.

Biden said if you get vaccinated you can't get Covid and you can't spread Covid. Remind me of how many deaths occured with vaccinated people? I don't blame Biden for those deaths, just for lying about the efficacy of an unproven vaccine while intentionally slowing the approval of the anti-viral, which does a better job if preventing deaths. Anyways, Trump never stuffed Covid positive people in nursing homes with grandma. You have no answers for the Democrats action. Edited October 21 by Motorin' 1 1 1

You do understand that leftists aren't talking about that anymore, because even with a vaccine there were many more deaths in 2021 than 2020 right? The idea that Trump caused the deaths are so off that most leftists don't bring that up anymore. This is why Harris doesn't mention it all. It makes their administration look terrible. Also, California having more deaths than Florida with a younger overall population. The democrats were by far the worst regulating through the pandemic. Massive spending, shut downs, and really no difference than most all open states that kept business active and balanced their budgets. Don't let facts get in the way of a narrative though. 1 1 1
ChiGoose Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Wow, COVID really broke a lot of your brains, huh? Anything to deflect from the US's terrible response and resulting disproportionate share of deaths. Just strawmen arguments and anything to protect Dear Leader's reputation. Anyway, to get back on topic: Do not read anything into early turnout numbers. You don't know if increased early turnout is indicative of more people voting or people who would normally vote on election day just voting earlier instead. 1 1

You don't know if increased early turnout is indicative of more people voting or people who would normally vote on election day just voting earlier instead. Your posts in this thread are pretty good evidence that your brain was indeed broken by Covid. You assert the Trump was responsible for Covid deaths by "bungling the response." Yet cite no reasons as to what he could have done differently. He fast tracked the vaccine and tired to stop travel into the country from hot spots. You probably don't know this due to your brainwashing, but Sweden which didn't shut down society, had significant lower deaths than their neighbors who did. They were right to quarantine the sick and elderly instead of the young and healthy. And on top of that, some of the least vaccinated countries had the lowest overall death rates. You're talking to someone who voted for Clinton and Biden in the last two elections. Not someone who worships "dear leader". You on the other hand worship at the altar of Big Brother. You tow whatever party line you're fed. Regardless of where the truth leads. You still refused to acknowledge that Democrat governors actually killed people by placing infected persons in nursing homes. Or that Biden intentionally slowed the development of the anti-viral. You can't have a vax mandate after all if there's an alternative med that is more effective. I get it, you're broken Brian is not allowed to process facts that run counter to the party line. Carry on... 2
