Charges against "Pit Guy" dropped

This isn’t a joke.  To my understanding he suffered a TBI in the fall and will never be normal again.  It’s a waste and a shame.

Well, as someone who is experienced and then some, it sounds as though he was TBI prior to this - never heard of anyone tripping wanting human feces on them. 

Or, as they say, trips are for kids.

This was trippin' dude who stripped down in a port-a-potty, covered himself in feces, and "allegedly" tresspassed onto the construction site.

 

 

The D.A. probably concluded, that the self-induced punishment, was enough. 😜

not much reason to charge this guy.  Not like you need to "make an example" of him, this is not something someone would want to copy.  And, he's not really a threat to anyone but himself at this point.  Hopefully he is in counseling or something....and if he has TBI from it, hope he can recover.

Yes, but from what I understand the whole thing got started when his friends tipped over the port o potty he was in.  If what I heard is accurate it’s a sad chain of events and he’s in really bad shape.
