Considering that the upper deck is a whole 15 rows makes the roof overhang covering not very impressive, and as I said before, dinky. And also as I said before, for me anyway, its not just about being covered from the elements. Its also about the nice intimate atmosphere that the larger overhang gives. . I'm not trying to be disrespectful but it's not about the number of rows. It's about the diameter of the circle and the number of seats. Each successive row that you go out from the center has more seats per row. It's geometry. 1 Quote

With each round of new stadiums we are slowly closing off more outdoor games. As much as I thought it would have been cool to have a roof (ideally a retractable roof)....i have come around to the idea that Buffalo playing outdoors in weather is what is meant to be. I've seen other NFL fans around the country comment on Buffalo's new stadium on various social media. They often say how glad it's not indoors because watching games from Buffalo on TV is such a cool environment. And TV tech allows the yard markers, hashes, yardvlines to be put on TV like they do with the yellow line to gain line... Win-Win... Quote

It had better not be WINDY !!!! If it is, biggest competitive disadvantage ever in a MVP QB driven NFL!!! LOL Them: “Watch TV cool entertainment” Us: “standing on frozen cement” Quote

And to be honest I can’t recall the other one. I went to a MLB game in Phoenix last year. I think it was mid-May, so figure 95 in the day. By the time of the first pitch it was fairly comfortable. If the roof were open it would've been a beautiful summer night. And they kept it closed. They don't want to let it warm up, then close it and try to bring the temp down again. What a waste. When the roof is closed that ballpark sucks. 2 Quote

LOL Them: “Watch TV cool entertainment” Us: “standing on frozen cement” The overhang means nothing, unless you're sitting in the last few rows of the upper deck and it could block some rain. But the fact it's built high above ground and has what they describe as wind diffusers on the exterior, hopefully the QB's won't be throwing into 40 mph straight line winds anymore. Quote

I could careless the effect it has the QB or the team. Being protected from ehe elements means more as a fan at the game. If the lack of over hang still means I still am getting snowed or rained then it's a poor design. Quote

If you don’t want to sit in the elements then I’d suggest you buy seats that are under the roof. Issue solved. Quote
