I actually think WR is a huge hole if Coleman is out an extended period. Cooper and Shakir are a great 1/2 assuming Cooper is healthy but you need that 3rd threat out there. Hollins can cover the blocking role but he's just not really a threat. For me I'd go out and get another WR but top priority is still the defensive line. 

 

Look I know this is a reset year but you just don't waste years in Allen's prime. You're 7-2 and currently the 2nd seed. The Chiefs, despite their record, look as gettable as ever. The Ravens are scary but Lamar has proven zero in January. It was fine being a reset year going in. But look at the current landscape. There is a path to the Super Bowl especially if you maintain the 2 seed. I'm not saying mortgage the farm. But there are moves out there to inch you a little closer to the finish line.

Cap is fluid, but it would be really tricky to make cap changes and make a trade in the next hour and 15 minutes. They would have to restructure at least one contract if  not more to make room, and there are no rumors of restructuring.

 

if they are going to pull off a trade, it will be for a player that fits what they already have room for.

agree 100% BUT who is to say they have not been working on a trade with another team for days, weeks even and they are just hammering out the final pieces now?  With BBB you never know!

Yeah but the trade deadline being pushed back the way it has puts a lot more sellers on the market than years past. KC got a WR and a DL, Bills have draft capital, and while I don’t want them to squander it, I think they have just as good of chance at winning the Super Bowl as any other in years past, so let’s put all the chips in the middle. With the way Cooper’s contract is a non issue, I’m sure there is another player or two who could be added with a similar minor cap hit.

I’d bet that you could dump him without attaching an asset. Maybe it’s a pick swap or a late round pick. He’s still only making like $8M a year. For context, Gabe is making $13M a year.

There aren't many people here who know who both of them are, but I do. That's awesome!!! It is a damn shame Jack Soo died during the show's run... younger than my dad...
