Two games of that have been paid now. So what does that put him at? If they are crossing the threshold of trading him again and giving up on the season, do you think they would be balk at another 4M? SCBills
I think it’s somewhat interesting that reports are we at least inquired about Cooper Kupp. They aren’t trading him any longer, but if we did inquire even after trading for Cooper, that’s interesting. We could use an upgrade at DT and S. LB is just reliant upon health. Not sure we’d trade for a guy when the hope is we enter the postseason with Milano & Bernard with Williams and Spector as depth. A bit nervous is that hope though with how often these guys get hurt.

I think that GMs and front offices spend a lot of time calling other teams and asking what the relative price of players would be, even if that player is unlikely to get traded or the chances are slim. Even also in cases where the team doing the asking is doing well and wouldn't necessarily need that player. It's just good business sense to always assess the market and see where there's potential value should you need to make a move.

I'm not secure in the belief that we'll be able to count on Bernard and Milano and I'm nervous about the possibility of relying on Spector and Dorian for the remainder of the year. Maybe one day Ankou will finally become a rosterable rotational DT but given that Daquan Jones has been bad this season and Austin Johnson has looked washed they need a more capable option in that mix. The Seahawks don't even try to run the ball so that game was not one to take seriously when evaluating DT against the run.
Warriorspikes51
Za'Darius Smith would be a good add for us. I could see him even playing inside on 3rd downs Clowney, I'm open to that as well due to his run stopping ability. However....Beane may not view Edge as a need. Von's pressure rate was elite prior to suspension

Warriorspikes51
Za’Darius Smith is available for a 4th? I’d do that.
