I hate everything about this trade. That third round pick missing is going to sting big time in april. No it’s not. You don’t even know if the 3rd round pick was going to be any good. Allen is in his prime. We already have a rookie WR getting up to speed.

(Might be why we shipped a 3rd). this would be the only reason to over pay in my opinion, if they got word KC was willing to give up a 3 then I can almost understand.

stevestojan
Cooper wears number 2. So our current #2 needs to get cut. It’s the only reasonable option. Edited October 15 by stevestojan 1 12
NeverOutNick
Heck ya! Perfect get at a good price! Good job Beane! Now let’s not screw this up McD time to win it all 🥳
Mat68
Solid pick up. Had multiple big plays called back and missed with Watson. I dont think Buffalo needs to change philosophy on offense but allows the wr room to settle into better roles. Great trade. Cooper can ball. Has everywhere his entire career. Look what he did with Flacco last season. Love the move. Edited October 15 by Mat68 4

Ok - we're all different - I'll find the silver lining that we didn't just stay the course with what we watched last night
GolfandBills
Could Cooper have been their target the entire time?
dave mcbride
In just 15 games last year, he had 1,250 yards for 17.4 ypr. The drops issue might be a product of outliers; he was not much of a pass dropper until he got to Cleveland. In Dallas in 2020, he had 92 catches and only 3 drops. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/CoopAm00.htm 5

TheBrownBear
I love this trade. We should again be a potent offense once he gets acclimated.
