Warcodered Posted October 16 Posted October 16 He also said that about the one on Josh, and maybe it's a combination of the slowness of the replay and bias but, the balls out don't throw the QB to the ground that's just stupid. Quote
SoCal Deek Posted October 16 Posted October 16 While I appreciate Rodgers honesty, has anyone else noticed that he appears to be observing the games instead of competing in them this year? 1 Quote

Flame away, but on first glance (I haven't watched any replays since) I thought Josh flopped at the end of that one to make it look like Kinlaw slammed him down as a second act. 1 Quote

He's checked out. The organization is making panic moves with Saleh, Hackett & Adams. They screwed up royally in the off season with Riddick. I just think Aaron thought this collection of players would be better than it's ended up. He's done after this year. Quote
paulmm3 Posted October 17 Posted October 17 As long as the league keeps Shawn Hochuli away from any Bills games of importance I will not complain about the refs 1 Quote

Yep - JA is a good flopper, which I don't mind, because we do get some flags from that. But I thought both that roughing call and obviously Epenesa's were bad calls. Things did even out in that game in terms of the bad officiating, imo - I thought Jets fans had as many legit gripes as we did. Both teams had 11 penalties for similar yards - probably should have been closer to 5 or 6 penalties per team. Quote
947 Posted October 17 Posted October 17 The RTP call against Josh was a good call. The idiot grabbed Josh by the helmet & whipped him to the ground. After the ball is out, all you can get away with is a push or completing an in-progress tackle, you can't grab & toss the QB- especially by the head. 1 Quote
f0neguy Posted October 17 Posted October 17 I think I know the answer already but has the league come out and said anything about how bad the officiating was Monday night? You have the whole country watching a game to determine first place in the East and that’s the best you can put out there? Quote

The last time they addressed that it got a million times better. You must not remember when the ball moved a millimeter so it was not a catch. It is now about as good as it can be IMO. There will always be some that are close and go either way no matter how detailed you make the rules. I remember when Dalton Kinkaid caught the ball two weeks ago and it moved a millimeter when he hit the ground and was ruled not a catch. So yea that’s still the rule Quote

Orlando Buffalo Posted October 18 Posted October 18 The officials were so bad that I saw at least 5 different calls listed as " worst call of year". The two PIs, the roughing the passer, the roughing on Brown, and the fumble being overturned. These officials were like the 0-16 Browns 1 Quote

But he never bobbled it or lost control even in the slightest. that’s still a catch to me and always will be. Don’t know what to tell you. 1 Quote
