Warriorspikes51 Posted October 11 Posted October 11 His Cap hit this year is 15 million.... but the guaranteed $ is only $1,125,000 2025 he has $0 guaranteed $ For those who are smarter with the cap than me... Is it feasible to acquire him in a trade before the deadline? Would SEA need to eat $ for this year? Under the assumption it is possible, what's your offer? With the idea of extending his contract upon acquiring, I'd offer Seattle: 2025 1st, 2nd, 5th 2026 2nd, 4th 1 1 1 5 5 Quote
Drew21PA Posted October 11 Posted October 11 He was frustrated because he dropped like 4-5 asses in his basket geno threw him dimes and he dropped them only himself to blame 2 Quote
Doc Brown Posted October 11 Posted October 11 The call would pry go something like this. "Hi, this is Brandon. We're interested in trading for DK Metcalf. Hello?" 5 2 4 Quote

"Hi, this is Brandon. We're interested in trading for DK Metcalf. Hello?" There were legit Seattle reporters discussing the possibility that he could be traded at some point. That was back in the summer, but still. If I'm looking at it right, Seattle saves $18 million on next years cap if he's traded Quote

I wouldn’t be anywhere near that range, personally. 5 minutes ago, Mr. WEO said: a frustrated diva WR? Well....the Bills are freshly short of one. why not? No, it’s a NEW frustrated diva WR. 1 1 Quote
Big Blitz Posted October 11 Posted October 11 The other thread says we’re going after Lockett. 3 Quote
HansLanda Posted October 11 Posted October 11 if nothing else, it is an indicator and a clear state of affairs for the lack of down field WR talent on the bIlls. We are at the point of dissecting any and all things possible. 1 Quote
Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted October 11 Posted October 11 @Billl suggests DK isn’t worth it if my memory is right. Just a version of Gabe Davis that requires more targets than Davis did. I’d take a swing for DK myself but not for the bounty of draft picks that the OP suggests. 1 Quote
MJS Posted October 11 Posted October 11 I think teams are just lining up to give us their best receivers. All we need to do is pick which one we want! 3 8 2 2 Quote
Logic Posted October 11 Posted October 11 The Seahawks are not going to trade away their best receiver just because he was a little bit frustrated on the sideline. Might as well start threads about Justin Jefferson, Ja'Marr Chase, and Nico Collins while you're at it. 3 3 Quote
JohnBonhamRocks Posted October 11 Posted October 11 Why would a 3-3 team consider this unless he officially requested a trade? And even then. Quote
Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted October 11 Posted October 11 Let’s revisit when they are 4-5 and losers of 5 of their last 6 games heading into the final hours before the trade deadline. But if the Seahawks are instead 5-4 at the trade deadline then I don’t see him moving. Quote
TBBills Fan Posted October 11 Posted October 11 Hear me out. We could probably get Diggs for a 2nd 2 1 Quote

He's a really good player, but he's always been more sizzle than steak, IMO. Whatever it is that the greats have inside them just seems to be missing in him. 1 1 Quote
