Gregg Posted October 8 Posted October 8 The Jets can hire and fire all the GM's and HC's they want. The real problem for them is... 1 Quote
Bruffalo Posted October 8 Posted October 8 Is anyone really surprised? He didn't really do anything with a lot of talent and then with Rodgers there we knew who the real boss was. That team is so desperate for any kind of NFL relevancy that they're giving control to a psychedelic-addicted 40 year old who should have probably retired by now. Quote
BuffaloBillsGospel2014 Posted October 8 Posted October 8 I'm hearing Aaron Rodgers in now the HC and GM besides being QB. 1 Quote

HereComesTheReignAgain Posted October 8 Posted October 8 Since 2011, teams that fire their head coach mid season are 10-7 in the next game. That is honestly better than I thought it would be. I was hoping to shoot down all the doom and gloom about an "emotional boost" from firing a coach. 1 Quote

I am surprised it happened now. 2-3 isn't great but they can still save their season. If Saleh was going to get fired in season I would figure maybe after the Bills game or a few games after that if things continued south. Everyone knew if they had another disappointing year, he was definitely getting fired after the season. 1 Quote

And one of those seven losses is a completely decimated Chargers team almost beating the Bills last year - a team that gave up 63 points the week before. Edited October 8 by dave mcbride Quote

Watching them bend the knee, then hire all his buddies, then fire the coach because Rodgers didn't like him....all while reports of dysfunction behind the scenes come from just about every Jets beat reporter... Hilarious. Absolutely hilarious. Serves them right. I still like how Rodgers came in as the NYJ saviour........ran onto the field against our Bills waving a flag, 4 plays later, out for the season. Like, come on man 1 Quote

JakeFrommStateFarm Posted October 8 Posted October 8 Now the Jets are going to be playing with lots of emotion when they play the Bills ! Quote

And instead they totally blew up the franchise for a 24 month window of competitiveness but no real threat of super bowl contention. You love to see it. 1 Quote
wppete Posted October 8 Posted October 8 Damn! Didnt see that coming this early. He’s not Head Coach material but someone is going to get a great Defensive Co-ordinator next year. 1 Quote
