Last season they were alive for a playoff birth until very late in the season despite not having an NFL offense or a QB

Aside from the first 2 quarter of the Vikings game, in which Rodgers gifted them points and couldn’t do anything; failing on 4th down to give them a short field for a TD, I'd say the defense has played very well. Most people know the problem lays on the offense for another season. Scapegoat from the man they let cal the shots sounds about right. 2003Contenders
Hi, Coach Saleh. This is Sean McDermott. I heard what happened and just wanted to pass my condolences along to you. I think you're a great coach and do not understand what the Jets are thinking here... BTW, what is the Jets' game plan for Monday night? 1

I know he is always tied to Rodgers and nepotism is a real thing too, but the only time this guy has ever run a successful NFL offense was with Rodgers in his prime. The guy is made of teflon. 1

Yea their performance the last two games seemed like the right time to bounce Hackett but they fired Saleh so the whole thing is pretty interesting 1

The Jets D is currently 5th in points allowed, 2nd in yards allowed, 1st in net yards per passing attempt allowed, and second in yards per drive. They're not the problem.

Still living off his dad’s name, who imo wasn’t that great a coach anyway. He coached Joe Montana. Very little of his input was due to Joe’s success lol
