Most states allow as long as you’re accompanied by an “adult”. Apparently Washington state law prohibits anyone under the age of 21 to enter areas that serve alcohol; bars/taverns/lounges.

Im sure you could get into somewhere that is a restaurant based establishment as long as you’re not in the bar itself? Someone more familiar might be better suited to answer but that would be my guess?

Is there no free tailgating around the stadium were you see a few guys wearing Bills attire similar to what you are wearing, you offer them a beer form the 12 pack you are carrying, they say where are you from?  and you are best friends in 5 minutes?

That was always the case when you traveled to watch the team. I have 6 friends I talk to every couple of weeks about our team because of those exact situations. Most of them didn’t even require the beer! 😂

 

Sadly the cost of living now puts me to one or two away games a year. Usually they’re in the proximity of Ohio; Detroit/Indy/Pitt

unless I’m splashing for a trip where it’s just me and the oldest son.

The weather looks to be wet & windy Sunday Morning and during the game.  Simply miserable.

 

I won't pay big bucks to sit out in that just to get ill for the next week.  I may be retired but I am NOT r-word.

 

What are the simply walk into a bar and watch the game alternatives that don't require me to buy a damn advance all-inclusive ticket for crappy beer?

 

I am staying just above Chinatown and below the stadium.

I'm packing right now, bringing the rain gear and my Bills Winter hat.  Sucks the weather is going to be what it is, I have never been out that way and really looking forward to exploring the city.  Tomorrow looks dry at least, will probably get all of the sightseeing out of the way then and stay dry by hanging out at the bars on Saturday.

That’s what we doing. We are staying at the Fairmont, will post here where we going in Sunday.

 

to each their own, but those big tailgate things are just not my gig.  Nor are the fans gathering things. Going to a cool concert tonight at the Showbox, tomorrow prolly Kraken game.

NOT my thing either however I figured the easiest way to score a single ticket for the game without paying double face was to attend Friday night’s event.

Just took a stroll around Pioneer square. Looked like some decent places to tailgate, and for us about  halfway between hotel and stadium. 
 

Stadium is just about a mile from us.

I am staying at the low class Panama Hotel which is just north of Chinatown and south of the stadium.

 

Going for a hot pot once the train arrives and a dim sum early tomorrow morning.

I was speaking to a few locals yesterday and they said the same.

 

They laughed when I showed them the price of my unused Friday night ticket to Vindicktive Wings.
