If you truly believe that, how can you then trust Beane and McDermott to make the right moves? They are the ones to get us in this situation 

To answer the OP question, I don't think they will make any moves. 

They will beat the Jets, win the AFC East and lose at home in the first round of the playoffs.

only thing i see changing is playcalling.  theres no players out there that are going to change our problems while not overpaying for them.   the scheme and play calling have to get better.   clearly the last 2 teams have known exactly what this team wants to do and sat on it.

This happens every season.

 

Folks feel the need to say “good coaching” (just two weeks ago) and “bad coaching” (now) but it’s not that simple.

 

The fact that the Bills are fairly dominant in the first quarter of the season every year says something positive about the organization.

 

The fact that the Bills always go through an early-mid season slump says something negative about the organization.

 

The fact that the Bills always get their act together enough to make the playoffs and to advance deep enough to play a real contender also says something good about the organization.

 

The fact that the Bills can never top said contender says something negative about the organization.

 

There is no mystery here. The Bills will get right within 4 weeks or so and will head into the playoffs in “pretty good” shape. A new receiver won’t change this.

 

The more upsetting thing for me is that the organization has not been able to change this pattern. I LOATHE the emotional doom and gloom posters. I think they are very, very wrong in their analytical approach to football in general. However, I am also of the opinion that the sample size is becoming large enough to legitimately question whether this organization can win the big one.

 

I see another looming divisional or, at best, AFC championship game exit.
