to our gunslinger?

Zero interceptions so far this season!  Yes, Brett Favre leads the NFL in interceptions over his career...he also has an SB win and 3x MVPs. Favre wouldn't be Favre playing like Trent Edwards or Tyrod Taylor!

Josh Allen 9 completions, and 30 attempts for 131 passing yards. 29 targets against the Texans. Even Dalton Kincade had 6 targets with 2 receptions.

Against the Ravens 16 of 29 for 180 yards passing a QBR of 28.4.

Give us back our gunslinger! Go back and watch what Brian Dabol's game plans looked like throwing the ball. Do you want to run to set up the pass? Well, then throw the darn ball more often. Playaction works.

And ignore the 2018 and 2019 seasons before we traded for Diggs.

That was not Allen's best performance. But God I'm sooo tired of watching balls bounce off recievers hands. I realize it's gonna happen but I watch ball all day every Sunday and it seems like it happens to Allen more than other qbs. ***** they drafted Kinkaid saying he had the best hands of the draft and now he drops balls on the reg. Idk if our receivers coach is trash or josh throws the balls way to hard but there is an issue there this organization cannot figure out how to fix.

Brady was a god at LSU the year they won the CFP.......he had Burrow and 3 WR's go in that draft. That team had talent to spare, they had the talent to innovate some crucial play designs and WR's who could actually track the balls, make a play and wicked YAC.

What happened to LSU when all that talent left for the draft and Brady went to Carolina?........well, LSU was left in shambles with zero talent left and piss poor recruiting and Brady didn't last long in Carolina when he didn't have the talent to protect him or his job.

So, when the Bills heard inadequate, they said, "this is our man".

Why we keep floundering with our OC's and not bring in a competent person is beyond me.

And if it's McD who has the final say on who our OC's are, then how can you ever take him seriously when we have all seen his terrible decision-making skills.

The whole team has been exposed this season from the FO on down.

Allen should just aim for the head. Hit every receiver right in the fricken head. That will teach them. Catch the ball or WHACK! Right upside the head!

To be honest, some of JA"s throws were terrible to boot.

Brady is ultra conservative and that's what McDermott wants,  this is the reason you have low talent big receivers like Mack Hollins out there to block when he runs on first and second downs,  which is happening more often then not

The fact is everything goes back to McDermott,  who is a good defensive coach, a DB whisperer and a mid level head coach who crumbles when it matters the most in crunch time. This team will never win anything with him running the show. We're a cross between the Rivers's Chargers and Palmer's Bengals.

Honestly alot of it feels like scheme.  First few weeks we seemed to scheme guys open. Played to much run on first down but made it work.  Yesterday the min number 70 checked in everyone in the lower 48 knew what play was coming.  Motion has stopped, no easy short shots over the middle.  Everyone knows josh bails right so spy is already creeping that way

Who else would have final say over who his OC is.

Think about that though, why do you think that he hasn't hired a competent OC?

Consider that he and Daboll butted heads, why was that?

Do you really think that Brady's going to lock horns with him?

It's on record that McD tells his OCs what he wants.  Some simply don't want to believe that he exercises that degree of control, when it's obvious that he does.

Again, people can believe whatever they want to, but it's obvious what's going on, ... in the name of Complimentary Football and McD's definition of it.

Our first five games of this season have produced the same record as our first five games of last season, against worse teams and with notably worse offensive metrics.

On a side note, how many times do we need to have notoriously poor clock management, in rookie error form, to cost us the biggest of games, before we start asking the tough question.

Some now say just make the playoffs then it's a new season, but what in the name of Complimentary Football does anyone think will change in the postseason.

It's really not that tough.  Either Terry wants a Super Bowl or he doesn't.

My question was rhetorical BTW, but you are correct, sir.

Part of it is that McDermott wants to "promote from within", which is fair enough. You want the lower level coaches to know they're going to get a fair crack at moving up in your organization, there's certainly nothing wrong with that in a nutshell.

But I do think some part of it is that McDermott wants to micromanage control over both sides of the ball, and it's a lot harder to do that with an experienced coordinator who's going to bring their own system and challenge his opinions. He doesn't want another Daboll giving him grief.

Which is unfortunate, because for the last two years the loss of Frazier and Daboll has meant a loss of decades of combined experience. And this team really needs some fresh ideas. The echo chamber just isn't cutting it.

So, you're saying that Brady who was let go from Carolina because he couldn't hide behind inept mediocre talent was our best option going forward because of McD's ego?.......i could see that.

Terry's first priority is the Pegula Family values, and at the top of that list is money.

ESPN reports that Josh’s completion percentage was the lowest for any QB with 30 attempts in the last THIRTY YEARS. I mean…..yikes!

Overall, his passing yards, complete. %, and passing TDs are pretty closely mirroring his 2019 starts, they're on pace for being only marginally better.
