Returntoglory Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Who's the better coach right now? Belichik or McDermott? Would Belichick make the same coaching mistakes McD has made over the past 5 years? Why only upgrade players, why not coaching? 2 1 3 3
Roundybout Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Why would you want a defensive coach like Belichik? There are no good defensive coach coaches. We can only hire infallible offensive coaches like Adam Gase and Matt Nagy. 1
BillsFan130 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Bills would have a Super Bowl if BB was the coach, IF Beane was in charge of the personnel. Belichick actually knows how to slow down Mahomes and good QBs in big games, McDermott doesn't 1 8 2
wppete Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Its not even close. Bill Belichick is one if the best coaches of all time and McDermott is average at best. McDermott would’ve been a goner if he had a different QB. 6 1 3 1

ren1701 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Seriously??? I'd take double B in a NY sec bud, not even a question. I'd write more but I can't see the keyboard from the shine coming off all the bling on his hands...
Success Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Belichick made mistakes in his career - but they were infrequent. He's better than anyone, and it's really not close w/ McDermott. I honestly don't think there is a coach from the past decade or so who passes 3x in that last series like we did. 1

SirAndrew Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 He’s the GOAT, but the game has passed him by. and he wouldn’t be able to connect with players as a leader at this point. 1 1

LEBills Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Right now, it is McDermott. Career it’s obviously Belichick. Belichick is a hall of famer but he will be 73 next year which would tie with Romeo Crennel for oldest head coach in NFL history. He also hasn’t been a successful coach since what 2020? The Bills could do better than McDermott and Belichick next year 1
Sweats Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Does anyone think the Hood would make the same game mismanagement mistakes every week for 7 years? That is all........carry on. 4 1

JimmyNoodles Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Bellicheat is too busy boinking a 26 year old. McD can’t get it done. Tie for “meh.”
ghostwriter Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Bills need a mad genius like Sean McVay or Kyle Shanahan.
