I’m not saying fire him right now but I am saying that he shouldn’t get a 3rd shot at hiring an offensive coordinator since Daboll left. Not when you have Josh Allen as your QB.

Josh Allen and Joe Brady were awful.  McDermott is an easy scapegoat.

McDermott used Dorsey as the scapegoat last season when he was deserving of being fired

The root cause of this team's issues is McDermott

I'm okay with moving on from him, and getting a Offensive background head coach.  Question is, who is that guy?

Ben Johsnon (OC DET)

Bobby Slowick (OC HOU)

Jerrod Johnson (QB Coach HOU)

Liam Coen (OC TAM)

Are some names I'm hearing a buzz about online.

It means I could care less either way, my passion is gone so my level of excitement is determined by what I see when I rewatch the game 5 times on the all 22.

No one is getting fired.

Unfortunately not. Pegula is a space cadet and will be content to watch McD spin his wheels and never sniff a championship.

Thanks, as it gives me an opportunity to respond to the now closed thread "I think the only way McDermott gets fired"

One of the most batshi* crazy (and dumb) OPs I have ever seen.

It's like these crazies are watching, hoping for a loss, so they can spew their nonsense and ignorance.
