TwistofFate Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 The youth at our coordinator positions, both offensively and defensively is rearing it's ugly head. Aside from the drops, which are terrible, Brady is being out scheme and literally everything on offense looks hard. On defensive side of the ball it looks way too easy for the Texans. I understand there are injuries and that matters, but this D looks flat and uninspired. Not sure where we go from here. A lot of coordinator growing pains moving forward. Quote
Johnnycage46 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 And no end in sight. We are a dumpster fire right now. Bad roster, bad coaching, bad execution, bad, bad, bad. 1 3 Quote
Chaos Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 For the entire time McDermott has been here, there are certain games where he seems to quit early. Last week was one. Today is one. This looks like the type of game we will punt from the opponents 45 yard line during the second half. Quote

You can’t have legit vet coordinators that have successful track records in this league and have YES MEN to the Head coach at the same time. Quote
SoonerBillsFan Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 At this point I want Allen to pad his stats and get his completion % up and a TD or 2 the rest of this game, then " fall on his hand" and go sit. Yeah I said it and don't care if it pisses anyone off. This kid gives it all and it's obvious coaching and GM don't. Sit and not keep wasting time while the staff figure it the **** out. Quote

Theres easy options available. Josh for whatever reason is choosing to throw elsewhere and it’s not working. Quote
Thrivefourfive Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Guys, it’s too late isn’t it.. Allen needed an offensive guru at the start of his career to teach him the ways so that at the mid career point (now, unfortunately) he’s prepped to make it his offensive where everyone is accountable to him. At which point, the future OCs are Allen and the guru’s guys, and they are there to fine tune with JA17. But the Bills blew it, and now we can’t have that. So what the hell do we have?? Because FIRST YEAR OC’s AINT IT Quote
FireChans Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 OC isn't making chicken salad, but the offense is honestly total chicken ***** and that's not a coaching problem. Quote

Aesop Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 I dont understand this thread? Bills out played the Texans in the 2nd half. Comes down to a FG. I would say the coaches and players adjusted very well in the 2nd half. Quote
Yobogoya! Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Nah the Ravens out coached us. This was the Bills staff walking into rakes without even a hint of a clue. 1 Quote
SCBills Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 We don’t have a ton to work with but Brady is a disaster and this loss is 100% on him with his predictable run obsession. 1 Quote
Billever76 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Brady has to be on the hot seat!!!! And by default McDermott seat should have the flames now on Quote

Chaos Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Texans had some crap coaching too. We were awful. Anyone defending the coaching staffs game management after this game is either excessively kind, or blind. 1 Quote
