It's balance. He's human. Even Brady at his peak had bad games. But he very rarely had two poor games in a row.

 

Something holds Josh back from peaking, and I think it's in his head.

Allen bails too early on passing downs.  Eliminates half the field by rolling right. He is under pressure so hit the check down.

I really don't care who we line up against. An offense led by Josh Allen scoring 13 points in 6 quarters should be a fireable offense.

Few points - 

 

1) We can’t abandon the run, it was working great. One stop doesn’t mean it doesn’t work anymore. 
 

2) we need to stretch the field the opportunities have been there. 
 

3) Josh Allen shoulder must be hurting from the flea flicker because his throws look off from his normal form

This is what years of not investing in the WR room looks like. And when they do they go for ceiling.

 

Maybe we can get another DE next draft.

The lack of football iq on these boards baffles me. If the Bills arent blowing other teams out, then every player sucks and every coach needs to be fired. The fact is, the Texans Dline is owning the LOS. Josh is off his spot and receivers who normally are sure handed have had some drops. Its the NFL folks. These players are not robots. Lets see how they adjust in the 2nd half. Its way too early in the season to be hitting the panic button.

He’s not elite. Hes the 3-5 th best passer in the nfl. He’s an elite duel threat / athlete
