McDermott should be coaching for his job this week after last week. He chose to have undersized defenders more prone to injury. He chose to construct a roster that has neglected the offense for undersized defensivemen who aren't playing because their size puts them at greater risk of injury. We lose and  there needs to be a serious conversation.

Definitely didn’t look good. God awful technique on the tackle.  Put his hands behind his back and let with the top of his head.
