TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Why anyone kicks a fg to go up by 6 is beyond me. It forces your opponent to go for a td to win it. Instead, teams should almost always go for it and either convert the 4th down and win the game or give the ball to your opponent deep in their own territory up by 3. It's even more of a go for it with the new rules where teams start at the 30. 1 1 Quote

In principle this makes sense but I think the odds of the Vikings converting a 4th and 7 in this one were like .05% the way this game is going haha 1 Quote
st pete gogolak Posted October 6 Posted October 6 This reminds me of Bills - Vikings game from a couple of years back. Vikings had about twenty chances to put the game away and didn’t do it. Quote
