Astrobot Posted June 21, 2005 Posted June 21, 2005 On The Coaching and Prognosis for '05-'06: "Well, one reason [i came back] is I really like this organization. I like the coaching staff. And it's probably one of the most talented teams I've ever been on," Matthews said during the Bills' final week of Organized Team Activities. "I think we have a chance to definitely get in the playoffs and make some noise. I don't know if this is going to be my last year or not, but I really feel like this team has a chance." On The O-Line: "Bennie's a big fella," Matthews said with a smile when discussing new Buffalo guard Bennie Anderson, whom the Bills picked up as an unrestricted free agent this offseason from the Baltimore Ravens. "We've got some big offensive linemen. And that's definitely going to be an upgrade this year. I think they're going to be a stronger part of our offense. And we're going to run the ball and be much more physical." Matthews decided against retirement not for the chance to tutor JPL, but to be on a playoff team.
